AOZ32034AQV is a half-bridge, designed to be used in full-bridge circuits driving a resonant tank circuit.
“A key feature of this product family is the ability to adjust mosfet gate drive using the slew rate control pin,” said the company. “This allows a designer to trade-off between EMI and efficiency.”
Slew rates are around 500V/μs with a 20kΩ drive current setting resistor (see data sheet for caveats).
Operation is from power sources between 3.8V and 28V (a separate 4.75 to 5.55V is required for the logic) and a pair of 7.5mΩ mosfets are built in to the 4 x 4mm 23pad QFN power package, alongside drivers and protections including over-temperature, anti-shoot-through, supply under-voltage lock-out and boostrap under-voltage lock-out.
Thermal resistance is 40°C/W junction-to-ambient and 0.6°C/W junction-to-case.
As well as charging stations, applications are foreseen in cordless power tools, vacuum cleaners and drones.
