The best Amazon Prime Day Apple deals of 2022 are bound to be as epic as last year. Expect to see considerable discounts on just about every gadget in the Apple ecosystem.
Typically, Prime Day Apple deals offer never-before-seen price cuts on Apple gear at Amazon and other retailers. Prime Day is also a great time for students, parents and educators to get an early start on must-have back-to-school tech.
We expect to see the lowest prices of the season on the latest M1 Pro MacBook and iPad Air 5. Of course previous-gen MacBooks and iPad are expected to see the biggest discounts as stores aim to clear out their inventory.
Although Prime Day 2022 is still months away, we’ve already spotted some Prime Day-worthy Apple deals this year. For instance, the Apple Watch Series 7 hit an all-time low price of $314 in April. That’s $85 off its $399 list price, one of the best Apple deals we’ve tracked so far this year. Another standout deal from Amazon was the (opens in new tab)AirPods Max headphones for $449 (opens in new tab) ($100 off). That’s just $20 shy of its record low price we saw during the holidays.

When is Amazon Prime Day 2022?
Prime Day typically occurs during the second or third week of July to coincide with Amazon’s July 5 founding date. However, there have been a few exceptions to the rule.
In 2020, Prime Day was pushed back to October 13-14 due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The following year, Prime Day 2021 took place on June 21 and June 22 to kick off the summer.
