Who Gives Ukraine Biggest Share Of GDP?

As this infographic using Kiel Institute for the World Economy data shows though, when it comes to a country’s commitment in relative terms, no country came close to Estonia in the first four weeks of the war – its contribution of €0.22 billion in military aid equates to 0.8 percent of the country’s GDP.

The United States’ financial input up to this point was equivalent to 0.04 percent of its economic output.

The  indirect aid sent by countries such as Germany, France and Italy via the EU is not taken into account for these individual assessments.

The source states that EU institutions have contributed €1.4 billion and a further €2 billion is attributed to the European Investment Bank.
