The jv will make high volume GaN components for EV manufacturers in India and Europe
Headspring will contribute proprietary technology for develiping inverter and converter modules for EV powertrains and converters.
Headspring is part of the Unreasonable Group of companies which provide mentoring help, investor services and technology to eachother.
Headspring will take a 49% stake in the jv which is caputalised at $2.45 million and is looking to have $153 million in annual revenues in 2027.
Currently Anand, which has sales of around $1.5 billion, buys in the inverters and converters it uses in EVs.
