Founded in 1928, C&K is a maker of electromechanical switches headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts with annualised sales of over $200m. It has operations in France, Germany, China, India and Vietnam.
Littelfuse has over 50 locations around the world and in 2021 recorded $2.08bn in annual sales
Subject to closing conditions and regulatory approvals, the transaction is expected to close during the second calendar quarter this year.
