Tips:

1. The rear camera is mirror image. All signs,license plates, are all backwards, please firstly turn off “Mirror Image” in the setting of camera. The rear camera is not wireless, which requires a wire to be installed through the rear of the car, through the trunk inside the car and panels above the windows to the top of the front window.

Easy to Setup and Install

The installation process is straightforward that make use of cable clips and trim tool provided to hide wire in the panels without clutter. The dual dash cam turns on to automatically show the front view and back view when start the car, you can easily switch between single and PIP mode. The lens of camera cannot be swivelled, but you can adjust the suction cup mount.

Question: The screen stays on about 20s-30s then goes black, but the little red dot still flashes?

Answer:

The camera is still recording, because the Screen Saver of factory setting is 30s, which can save power and not distract you while driving. You can set the “OFF” in the setting to have the screen on all the time.

Question: Why my dash camera keep starting and off?

Answer:

1): The parking monitor function being triggered to power on and record 15 seconds then power off when detecting a vibration after dash cam is powered off. We advise to only turn on parking monitor while parked.2): Check whether the problem of car charger, please reach out to us for a new car charger if it doesn’t work.

Question: Why the playback is choppy on the front view? the audio is out of sync with the video by GPS player? the Windows Media Player cannot playback?

Answer:

Because of the 4K video codec of front view is different to others, the computer configuration and media player have higher demand.

1): Computer is update to the latest version. The CPU and memory of your computer have adequate space. Change other different computers to test it.2): Download VLC Media Player or PotPlayer or GPS Player we provided to playback.3): If the above solutions cannot solve it, please reach out to us.

Question 1: How to extend the cable of rear camera? Question 2: The rear camera doesn’t work, the picture in picture is intermittent, what should I do?

Answer 1:

Please don’t splice rear camera wire to extend by yourself, it will cause that there is no image of rear camera, we have 10ft extension cable sold separately, please refer to ASIN: B09DNTTZQN

Answer 2:

It is a loose connection. Please make sure that the plug into the port sits correctly and tightly, if it still doesn’t work, please reach out to us for a new rear camera.
