FAQ 1: Why the headphone has been fully charged, but it cannot be powered on?

Firstly, you can use the 3.5mm cable to try if the headphone can be used in the wired mode.

Then, take off the 3.5mm cable and turn on the headphone to check if the headphone can be used. Sometimes due to overcharge, the headphone won’t turn on.

FAQ 2: How to pair the headphone with Bluetooth and how to turn on noise cancelling?

1. Press the power button for 3-5 seconds. When the blue light flashes, it means that the headset is turned on.

2. When the indicator light changes to alternate red and blue lights, the Bluetooth pairing mode is performed.

3. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, when the indicator light turns red, it means Bluetooth is off.

Short press the ANC button for 1 second, when the green light is always on, the noise cancelling is turned on, and then short press the ANC button for 1 second to turn it off.

FAQ 3: Why does the headset fail to charge?

First of all, please check whether the red indicator light is on when the headset is charging. If it is not, it means that the charging mode has not been entered.

Then, use the 3.5mm audio cable in the headset accessory to insert the headset 3.5mm jack and plug it out, reset the headset in this way, and then try to power on and repair it.
